Double Section Homes
Double section modular homes are much larger. They range in width from 24′ to 30’4″, with total square footage from 864 SqFt all the way up to 1824 SqFt! These are beautiful, single level homes with all the amenities you are used to in traditional framed homes. These beautiful homes feature layouts from 2 bedroom/1 bathroom to 4 bedroom/3bathroom units, there is definitely something available in this series for everyone.
To get a feel for some of the customization options available, you can use our design tool to see what your new home could look like. You can customize the finish of a sample kitchen (backsplash, flooring, cabinet finishes and hardware, etc.) or sample exterior (roof type, exterior paint color, window frames, roof pitch and more), moving the 3-D object around and selecting different options from the left hand side of the screen.
