Cornerstone Single Section homes are our most affordable full home line. Shelby is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a good sized bathroom, dual entrances into the dining area/kitchen or just outside the master bedroom, and a galley style kitchen that opens into the dining area and living room.

The 2nd bedroom is down the hall from the kitchen, with a small laundry area that would hold a stackable washer/dryer outside of the shared bathroom. The master bedroom is at the rear of the home and includes a large closet.
